In a short time, Route 1 Driving Academy has earned the trust of families, schools, and communities across Hampton Roads area, helping hundreds of students become safe, skilled drivers.
This is just the beginning of our story. As we grow, we remain dedicated to helping every student succeed—not just on test day, but every day they’re behind the wheel.
Although we are a new driving school, our roots run deep. The vision for Route 1 Driving Academy began with a simple observation—many new drivers were learning just enough to pass a test, but not enough to thrive on the road. Our founder saw a need for a driving program that goes beyond the basics.
